Davinder brings over three decades of leadership experience across Telecom and IT & ITeS, having held senior C-Suite roles at Tata, RPG, Global Telesystems, AT&T, Softel Solutions, and Noventiq.

 

She holds an Engineering degree from Shivaji University, along with postgraduate degrees in Operations Management and Marketing.

Beyond the boardroom, she is an Empowerment Coach, author, podcaster, and energy healer — trained in Pranic Healing, Hypnotherapy, and Subconscious Brain Mastery — blending science-backed techniques with corporate strategy for holistic success.
